Undercover Investigations

Charlie Armed Security is able to provide an effective undercover service to commercial and industrialists in order to determine why and where loses occur.

Agents are briefed weekly bases and typed reports and submitted to management during the investigation progress and another copy to client.

Recruitment and Selection

We ensure the appointment of suitable personnel and with positive attitude towards profession. The minimum academic qualification requirements are as follows:

a) Minimum academic qualification; Grade 10 prerequisite

b) Security certificate grades E, D, C and B

c) Registered member of Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA)

d) Minimum age requirements are 18years to maximum 50 years

Skills Development

We provide training to our employees from time to time. Prior to commencement of duties, security officers are familiarized with specific requirements of the site which they will be assigned, as when supervisors pointed out specific needs.

Communication

We operate 24 hour control room. These enable our officers in the field to be in contact with our control centre. The radios are channeled through various repeater systems in the areas. In the event of an emergency on site, our controller will:

• Notify all supervisors and managers in the area.

• Page the operational manager

• Telephone the police and report the matter

• Inform the necessary emergency services.

Managers are issued with cell phones to ensure that high level of communication is maintained.
